Volatility
Crypto-assets are highly volatile and speculative. Their value can rise and fall sharply and quickly.
Loss of entire value
You could lose all of the money you put in. GSTK could become worthless. No profit, income or increase in value is promised.
Regulatory uncertainty
Rules on crypto-assets are developing and differ by country. Goldstrike is not currently licensed or regulated. The licence application through Innovation City (formerly RAK DAO), Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, is subject to government approval. Changes in law or regulatory action could restrict, delay or end the project, or make GSTK unavailable in your country.
Exchange listing
Exchange listing applications are in progress. Any listing and its timing are decided by the exchange.
Technology and smart-contract risk
Smart contracts can contain errors or vulnerabilities, even after an audit. Blockchain networks can suffer congestion, outages, forks or attacks. Wallets can be hacked, and lost keys cannot be recovered.
Custody and asset-backing risk
The intended target allocation of 40% Gold and 60% Real-World Growth Assets (real estate, water, AI and energy) is not a guarantee, is not a current holding and may change. The category name does not promise any return. Custodians and other third parties may fail, act wrongly or become insolvent. Asset values can fall. Asset backing does not guarantee the value or liquidity of GSTK, and may not give holders any direct claim on the assets.
Liquidity risk
There may be no market for GSTK. You may be unable to sell or transfer it when you want to, or at any price.
No investor protection
Crypto-assets are generally not covered by investor compensation or deposit guarantee schemes. If something goes wrong, you may not be able to recover your money.
Fraud and impersonation
Scammers may use the Goldstrike name. Goldstrike will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and will never contact you to sell tokens.

You are responsible for checking whether you may lawfully access this information or take part in any future token sale in your country.
