Signing up is not an application to buy tokens and creates no obligation on either side.
Important notice: This website is a design concept for information purposes only. The checkout on the How to buy page is a demonstration and takes no payment. It does not constitute an offer, solicitation, invitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset, security or financial product, and nothing on it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto-assets are highly volatile and speculative; their value can go down as well as up, and you may lose all of the money you put in. Backing by gold or other assets does not guarantee value or liquidity. Goldstrike is not currently licensed or regulated and is not offered to the public. A licence application through Innovation City (formerly RAK DAO), Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, is in progress; it is subject to government approval. No whitepaper has yet been published or approved by any regulator. Any future participation will be subject to full documentation, KYC and eligibility checks, and may not be available in your jurisdiction. Check the laws that apply to you and seek independent advice before making any decision.
