Gold reserve
A physical gold reserve is intended to act as the trust anchor. Goldstrike intends to purchase the gold through GoldRepublic and hold it in GoldRepublic's vault storage, with regular reporting.
Goldstrike is a planned asset-backed, Ethereum-based ERC-20 token. Its intended allocation pairs a physical gold reserve as trust anchor with Real-World Growth Assets (real estate, water, AI and energy) as long-term asset base.

Goldstrike is built on principles that are easy to understand and designed to be verified.
A physical gold reserve is intended to act as the trust anchor. Goldstrike intends to purchase the gold through GoldRepublic and hold it in GoldRepublic's vault storage, with regular reporting.
An intended allocation of 60% to Real-World Growth Assets (real estate, water, AI and energy) is meant to form the long-term asset base. Assets are to be selected for quality, durability and clear documentation. Asset values can fall as well as rise; no return is promised.
GSTK has a fixed total supply. Issuance is intended to follow clear, published rules. Total, issued and circulating supply will be reported separately.
A physical gold reserve is intended to act as the trust anchor of Goldstrike. It is designed to be held in independent custody and covered by regular reporting.

Risk Historical gold prices are shown for illustration only. They are not a forecast and do not show the value of GSTK. Past performance is not a guide to future results. The gold price and the value of any asset can fall as well as rise, and no return is promised.
Gold has been used as a store of value for centuries, across currencies and economic cycles. It is a physical asset that exists outside the blockchain and outside any single financial system. That history is why gold is intended to sit at the centre of the design. It is not a promise about the future: the gold price can fall as well as rise, sometimes sharply and for long periods.
Note: The reserve has not yet been established. Custodians, verification providers and reporting frequency have not yet been appointed or set; they will be named in the whitepaper once agreements are in place.
The gold reserve is intended to support trust in the structure. GSTK is not designed to track the gold price one-to-one, and holding GSTK is not intended to confer ownership of specific gold. The exact relationship between tokens and reserve assets will be defined in the whitepaper.

60% Real-World Growth Assets · intended allocation · not a current holding · no split set between categories
Risk Market figures and projections are third-party illustrations, not a forecast of GSTK. The allocation is intended, not current, and may change. Asset values can fall as well as rise, some assets can take time to sell, and no return is promised.
No split between the four categories has been set. The allocation is intended, not a current holding, and may change; details will be set out in the whitepaper.
Interests in property, which may include residential, commercial or land holdings under documented legal title. Property can take time to sell, and values can fall.
Interests in water-related assets, which may include supply, storage or treatment infrastructure. Infrastructure is often long-lived and regulated, which can limit both risk and return.
Interests in AI-related infrastructure or businesses, which may include data centres and computing hardware. The sector is growing fast and is also volatile; technology and demand can change quickly.
Interests in energy assets, which may include generation, transmission or storage infrastructure. Energy markets are affected by prices, policy and regulation.

GSTK has a fixed total supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens. Issuance is intended to follow clear, published rules, in fixed blocks that are designed to stay connected to the gold reserve.
Risk This describes the intended design, not a current process. Block sales and gold purchases depend on demand and approvals, and neither is promised. Holding GSTK is not intended to confer ownership of specific gold. Token and asset values can fall as well as rise, and no return is promised.
The total supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 GSTK. This is a ceiling: the maximum that may ever be created under the token's rules, not an amount in circulation. No tokens have been issued.
Issuance is intended to take place in blocks of €5 million — the value of tokens sold in each block, at the terms applicable at that time. Blocks are intended to be issued one at a time, and only if and when there is demand and all required approvals are in place. The block size describes how issuance is intended to be structured; it is not an indication of how many tokens will be sold, or when.
How each block is designed to connect to the reserve.
Intended design, shown for illustration. Final rules will be set out in the whitepaper. Gold purchases depend on actual sales, and no sales volume is promised.
These figures are intended to be reported separately and regularly.

Intended categories within the 60%. No split between them has been set.
Categories within the 60% are shown without individual weights; the reserve has not yet been established.
Intended allocation. Subject to change; details will be set out in the whitepaper. No return is promised.
The target allocation is 40% Gold and 60% Real-World Growth Assets (real estate, water, AI and energy). This is an intended allocation, not a current holding. It may change, details will be set out in the whitepaper, and no return is promised.
A physical gold reserve is intended to be purchased through GoldRepublic and held in GoldRepublic's vault storage.
The treasury is intended to hold Real-World Growth Assets (real estate, water, AI and energy) under a documented allocation policy, to be set out in the whitepaper.
GSTK is intended to be issued as an Ethereum-based ERC-20 token, strictly within published supply rules. Any participation would be subject to KYC and eligibility checks.
Reserve, treasury and supply are intended to be reported on a regular basis.
The steps above describe the intended design. Final terms will be set out in the whitepaper.
